As it is only a few steps away from my Hotel Waldhof in Großarl, I, Wurzl, the Waldhof gnome, have already peered over the fence to be able to tell you everything about the new attractions.

Here is what I have discovered: a soccer ground, a beach volleyball court, two tennis courts, two street soccer grounds which can be used as ice skating rinks in winter, a crashmat and much more! The 36.000 m² traffic-free leisure area also offers a recreation area with promenades for taking a stroll, a pond and an adventure playground.
My friends from Großarl have told me, that a new outdoor swimming pool will be opened in summer 2010. In the hotel Waldhof our natural swimming pond, the Captain Hook adventure pool and the indoor pool for the grown ups are perfect to make a fun splash in the cool waves all year round.
