What is Worth Knowing about Your Vacation in the Hotel Waldhof in the Salzburger Land

Arrival and departure
On arrival day the rooms and studios can be checked into after 3.30 p.m.
On departure day you are requested to check out by 10.30 a.m.
In case of late arrival (e.g. one day) or if you want to leave earlier (e.g. a day before your planned day of departure), we will charge 70% of the price for one day.
Prices
All prices in Euros, including all charges.
For the festive period around New Year we charge an extra € 60,00 for each adult. The amount is automatically added to the total account. For children we charge a proportional amount.
Activity programme in the playroom
Deposit
We will confirm binding reservation upon transfer of a deposit (€ 150,00 /adult and € 50,00/child) to our bank account at the Raiffeisenbank Großarl, account number 39818, bank code 35019.
For bank transfer in the European Community use IBAN AT04 9000 0003 9818 and BIC RVSAAT2S019 (Swift Code), only domestic bank transfer fees will be charged. Bank transfer charges are at the expense of the remittor.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation until 30 days before vacation start day, 40% of the overall costs will be charged. In case of cancellation within 30 days before vacation start date, 70% of the overall costs will be charged (compare AGBH 2006).
Wurzl’s advice: In order to avoid unnecessary cancellation fees, I recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance, which we offer in cooperation with the European Travel insurance. A small expense which proves to pay off in case of sickness or accident.
Bed and breakfast
For bed and breakfast only, € 12,00 will be deducted from the half-board price (proportional deduction for children).
Dogs
For dogs we charge € 12,00 per day (no dog food included). Please take along your own pet mat! Dogs are not allowed in restaurant, spa and kids’ areas.

Means of payment
EC-card (A, D, NL) or cash payment
In case of cash payment of the overall amount at the reception, we grant a discount of 3% of the price for board and lodging. The deposit will be taken into account for calculation of the discount. For other methods of payment there is no discount. Thank you for your understanding that we are unable to accept credit cards at the current conditions.
Smoking
We have separate dining areas for smokers and non-smokers.
We would appreciate, if you did not smoke in your rooms out of respect for other guests.
Early-booking discount
In case of a reservation until 90 days before vacation start day we offer an early-booking discount of 3% of the price for board and lodging, for the period between April 30 and June 11, 2009 and between August 22, and November 08, 2009.
During the winter season the early-booking discount (for reservation until 90 days before vacation start date) is offered for the following periods:
*November 28 – December 22, 2008
*January 10-31, 2009
*February 07-21, 2009
*March 07-21, 2009
*March 28 –April 04, 2009
